No. Purrtrait is a one-off purchase on both the App Store and Google Play. Pay once and it's yours, with nothing to cancel.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Email us from the address on your account and we'll delete everything we hold, including the photos stored on our servers.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone running iOS 16 or later, and Android phones running Android 12 or later.

Purrtrait is built to collect as little as possible. This policy explains what we handle and why.
Photos
Photos of your pet that you import are processed to create your portrait and are not used for any other purpose. They stay on our servers so you can return to your portraits later, and we keep them until you ask us to delete them.
Account information
If you create an account we store your email address so you can restore your purchase and contact support.
Analytics
We collect anonymous usage and crash data to fix problems. It is not linked to your identity and is never sold.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by writing to hello@purrtrait.art.
